Not at all happy with the disgracefully slow speeds offered to Premium account holders! I'm on a 250mbps downstream fibre optic connection yet since Day One of buying a Premium account (ie. a week ago) the maximum speed I've reached while downloading has never been higher than 9 megabytes per second while Speedtest tells me I'm connected at 30 megabytes per second. I will therefore NOT be renewing my account at the end of 30 days.

Is anyone else encountering numerous errors with the Zoom FileUploader? On 2024-03-12 at 10:52:55, an error occurred while sending (HTTPProtocolException: HTTP/1.1 413 Payload Too Large) (fikper).It's the first host with type of error.

I've been experiencing issues with FTP uploads for the past week. After the file reaches 100% upload, I receive an error message stating "550 Upload failed." The system then repeatedly attempts to upload the same file. I've had to disconnect and reconnect several times before things return to normal.
